FWD Motion were briefed by Dronfield Heritage Trust to work with supplied images and maximise them for print on a variety of media, for the recently launched “Take A Walk Down High Street” exhibition.
The exhibition aims to show who was living in Dronfield High Street and what life was like for these families in the second part of the nineteenth century and the early years of the twentieth century . This period was one of unprecedented growth caused by the industrial revolution and mass movement of people from the countryside to the towns. The growths and trends of this time period are all reflected in developments in Dronfield and in the lives of the families which form the heart of the exhibition.
FWD worked with the Trust to turn the brief around in under a week from initial concept calls through to printing and production of material and even installation of the exhibition in the venue. The exhibition assets include, a brochure and exhibition boards on a variety of media including, canvas, foamex, 360 display stands, lumos stands, floor vinyl, block vinyl, cut vinyl applied to glass, roller banners and printed clear vinyl.
The exhibition is running from the 8th March until the 7th April. The exhibition looks stunning and you can explore this glimpse of history for yourself by booking tickets via the website: http://www.dronfieldhallbarn.org/exhibitions/
